Where we ship

UK: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands.

EU: We now ship to EU member countries via Royal Mail International Standard.
Made to order
Every tee is printed to order to reduce waste. Production begins shortly after you place an order.
Processing & dispatch times

Production time: We aim to have products produced in 3–7 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods, production time can take up to 10 working days.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Service: Royal Mail International Standard (untracked)

Typical delivery after dispatch: ~5–10 working days (varies by country; customs can add time)

Note: International Standard is untracked. If you require a tracked service in future, we’ll list it as an upgrade when available.
Shipping cost

UK: FREE delivery.

EU: Rate shown at checkout (varies by destination/weight). Import VAT, duties and carrier handling fees are not included and may be charged on delivery (DAP/Delivered At Place).
Tracking

UK: tracking link supplied in your dispatch email.

EU: no tracking with International Standard. Your dispatch email confirms the ship date and service.
Address changes

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once printing or dispatch has begun, we may be unable to amend the address.
Missed delivery / return to sender

Royal Mail will leave a calling card or instructions for redelivery/collection.

Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection can be re-shipped once we confirm details. A re-delivery charge may apply.
Delays
During peak periods (e.g., November–December), strikes, severe weather or bank holidays, processing and delivery may take longer. We’ll keep you updated if we see widespread delays.
Lost, damaged or incorrect items

UK: If your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch, contact us.

EU: If your parcel hasn’t arrived 20 working days after dispatch, contact us.
For damaged or incorrect items, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Taxes, duties & fees (EU)
Orders ship DAP. Local VAT/duties/handling fees—if charged by your country—are payable by the recipient and are non-refundable by us. Your customs office may offer a way to reclaim fees on returned goods.
Returns & exchanges
See our Returns & Refunds page (30-day window on unworn items). For EU returns, you have the EU 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery to notify us of a cancellation; our 30-day policy meets or exceeds this. Customer pays return postage for change-of-mind/size; we cover reasonable costs for faulty/incorrect items.
