This policy covers personal data we collect when you visit our website, place an order, create an account, sign up for emails/SMS, contact us, upload or tag user-generated content (UGC), or interact with our social ads.

  • Account & checkout: name, email, billing/shipping addresses, phone, order details, returns/exchange info.

  • Payments: last 4 digits of card, authorisation/transaction IDs (handled securely by our payment providers—see “Who we share data with”).

  • Support & forms: messages, design requests, size queries.

  • Marketing opt-ins: email/SMS preferences.

  • UGC/consent: photos, handles, captions, and permission notes when you tag or submit content (e.g., #VOIDRunning).

b) Collected automatically

  • Device & usage: IP address, cookie IDs, pages viewed, time on page, referrer/UTM, approximate location, browser/device type.

  • Cookies & pixels: analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4), advertising pixels (e.g., Meta), and essential cookies (cart, checkout, login). See Cookies below.

c) From third parties

  • Carriers & fulfilment: delivery updates from Royal Mail and international postal partners.

Who we share data with (processors/partners)

We only share what’s necessary to run the store:

  • Ecommerce & hosting: our website platform/host (e.g., Wix).

  • Payment processors: e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay/Google Pay (via your checkout), PayPal (if enabled). We don’t store full card numbers.

  • Fulfilment & delivery: UK print/fulfilment partner, Royal Mail (UK) and international postal partners (EU).

  • Email/SMS & CRM: email service provider and/or SMS platform for opt-in communications and transactional messages.

  • Analytics/ads: Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel—used only if you consent via the cookie banner.

  • Fraud/security & IT: tools that help keep the site secure.

All vendors are bound by contracts to protect your data and act only on our instructions.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA (e.g., EU/US/Israel). Where that happens, we rely on lawful safeguards such as UK/EU adequacy decisions or approved standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Orders & invoices: 6 years (tax/accounting).

  • Customer service messages: up to 24 months after last contact.

  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.

  • UGC permissions: retained while the content is used plus a reasonable period for audit.

We’ll keep data longer if we need it for legal claims or compliance.

Marketing choices

  • Email: unsubscribe via the link in any email.

  • SMS: reply STOP to opt out.

  • Ads & cookies: use the cookie banner “Preferences” to disable analytics/ads cookies; clear your browser cookies to reset choices.

If you tag #VOIDrunning or send us photos, you grant us permission (non-exclusive, revocable) to display that content on our site, social channels and ads. You can withdraw permission by contacting us; we’ll remove the content where feasible.
