Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
We want you to love your tee. If not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Return window & who it applies to

UK customers: 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

EU customers (right of withdrawal): You may cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery and then have 14 days to send items back. Our 30-day policy meets or exceeds this. (See “EU specifics” below.)
Eligibility
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and re-saleable (try-on is fine)

With labels intact (if included)

Returned in packaging that protects the print and fabric
Not returnable: gift cards, clearly marked final-sale items, and personalised/custom prints (unless faulty). Faulty or incorrect items are always eligible—see below.

We ship the replacement once your original is scanned in by the carrier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description + clear photos
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage where required.
Made to order
All tees are printed to order to reduce waste. They are not personalised by default, so standard returns apply.
How to start a return

Go to our Contact page (or reply to your order email).

Include your order number, the item(s), and whether you want a refund or exchange.

We’ll email return instructions and our UK return address.
Please don’t send items back before receiving our instructions—this helps us identify your parcel quickly and process it faster.
Return shipping & costs

Change-of-mind/size returns: You cover return postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping the receipt.

Faulty/incorrect items: We provide or reimburse reasonable return postage once assessed.

UK → UK: Royal Mail Tracked (24/48).

EU → UK: Your national postal service’s tracked option.
Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3–5 working days of receipt).

Your bank/card provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to post funds.

If an item shows wear beyond a try-on or arrives unprotected/damaged, we may issue a partial refund.
Bundles & promotions
Returning part of a bundle or promo may reduce or remove the discount. Refunds reflect the adjusted order value.
Wrong address / uncollected parcels
Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection can be re-shipped once details are confirmed. A re-delivery charge may apply.
EU specifics (taxes, duties & legal notes)

Shipping method: We ship to EU countries via Royal Mail International Standard (untracked). Typical delivery after dispatch: ~5–10 working days (customs can add time).

Taxes & duties: Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place). Any local VAT/duties/handling fees charged by your country/carrier are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Returns and fees: Duties/VAT paid on import are not refundable by us. Some customs authorities allow you to claim these back on returned goods—please check locally.

Right of withdrawal: You may cancel within 14 days of delivery by contacting us; you then have 14 days to send items back. Our standard 30-day policy already covers this timeframe.
Lost or late deliveries (helpful timeframes)

UK: If your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch, contact us.

EU: If your parcel hasn’t arrived 20 working days after dispatch, contact us.
