1. Who we are

In these terms, “VOID Running”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business above. “You” and “your” refer to the person placing an order through our website.

2. About these terms

These terms apply when you use voidrunning.com or purchase products directly from us.

Please read them before placing an order. By completing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our:

  • Shipping Policy

  • Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Privacy Policy

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Our products

VOID Running sells technical running shirts, vests, long sleeves and related apparel. Most products are printed to order.

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. However:

  • colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen;

  • garment shades may vary slightly between production batches;

  • measurements in our size guides are approximate and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances; and

  • because products are printed individually, minor variations in print position, scale or finish may occur.

These small variations are not normally considered faults where they do not materially affect the appearance, quality or use of the product. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, materially different from its description or not fit for its normal purpose.

Please check the relevant size guide before ordering. References to men’s, women’s or unisex fits describe the cut of the garment rather than who may wear it.

4. Placing an order

Our checkout allows you to review your products, sizes, delivery details and total price before payment.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send an email confirming that we have received your order.

A contract is formed when we confirm that we have accepted your order.

Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact hello@voidrunning.com immediately if any information is incorrect. We may not be able to change an order once it has entered production or been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

  • a product or required garment is unavailable;

  • we cannot deliver to the address provided;

  • payment has not been authorised;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product-description error; or

  • a custom design contains unlawful, infringing, abusive or otherwise unacceptable material.

If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will notify you and refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

The product price and any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete payment. Prices include any UK taxes that apply to the sale.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

We try to ensure that prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. You may either purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot normally be applied retrospectively.

6. Production and UK delivery

Most VOID Running products are printed to order. Our usual production time is 3–7 working days before dispatch.

Production times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, major launches, holidays or where blank garments are temporarily unavailable. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you.

UK orders are currently sent free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery normally takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking information will normally be provided when your order is dispatched.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it. If we cannot do so, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund.

7. International delivery

International destinations, delivery services and charges are shown during checkout.

International delivery estimates include production time but are not guaranteed. Customs processing and local delivery services can cause delays outside our control.

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, our prices do not include:

  • import VAT;

  • customs duties;

  • clearance charges; or

  • local carrier or handling fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are normally payable by the recipient. We are not responsible for charges imposed by customs authorities or local carriers.

If an international order is refused, left uncollected or returned because applicable charges were not paid, we may deduct the reasonable costs incurred in recovering the parcel from any refund. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product was faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

8. Delivery responsibility

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us immediately if an address needs changing. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or dispatch has begun.

We remain responsible for the products until they are delivered to you, or to another person identified by you to receive them.

If tracking shows a problem or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact hello@voidrunning.com so that we can investigate it with the delivery provider.

9. Your statutory right to cancel

For most standard products purchased online, you have the right to cancel without giving a reason.

The cancellation period begins when the contract is formed and ends 14 days after you, or someone nominated by you, receives the products.

To cancel, email hello@voidrunning.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.

You must return the products within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning standard products unless:

  • the product is faulty;

  • the product is not as described;

  • we sent the wrong product; or

  • we have agreed otherwise in writing.

You may inspect and try on a product as you reasonably would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and fit.

10. VOID Running’s 30-day returns policy

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day returns period for eligible standard products.

You must contact hello@voidrunning.com within 30 days of receiving the order and follow the return instructions provided.

For a return or exchange due to size, fit or change of mind:

  • you pay the return postage;

  • UK exchanges are subject to a £3.99 replacement-postage charge; and

  • international exchange postage is calculated separately.

Products returned under our voluntary policy must be unworn other than being tried on, unwashed and free from marks, odours, damage, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or other signs of use.

The conditions of our voluntary policy do not restrict your statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.

11. Custom and personalised products

The fact that a standard VOID design is printed after you order does not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights.

However, the statutory right to cancel does not normally apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. This can include:

  • products featuring customer-supplied artwork;

  • personal names, wording or dates;

  • bespoke artwork commissioned specifically for you;

  • non-standard colours, print arrangements or garment combinations requested by you; and

  • products otherwise manufactured to your unique instructions.

Custom or personalised products cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer require them.

This does not affect your rights if a custom product is faulty, not produced to the agreed specification or otherwise not as described.

We will ask you to approve relevant artwork, wording or specifications before production where appropriate. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, colours, layout and other details shown in the approved proof.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal purpose and match their description.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered, contact hello@voidrunning.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where these help us assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:

  • a replacement;

  • a repair, where appropriate;

  • a price reduction; or

  • a full or partial refund.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs and will not charge you to receive a replacement.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Refunds

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund:

  • the price paid for the returned products; and

  • the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where you paid an outbound delivery charge.

Any additional amount paid for premium or expedited delivery is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned products or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or evidence of return.

Charges paid directly to customs authorities, overseas tax bodies or local carriers cannot be refunded by VOID Running.

14. Customer-supplied artwork

If you provide artwork, wording, logos, photographs or other material for a custom order, you confirm that:

  • you own the relevant rights or have permission to use the material;

  • our use of it to fulfil your order will not infringe another person’s rights; and

  • the material is not unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise prohibited.

We may refuse content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing or unsuitable for production.

You retain ownership of customer-supplied artwork. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to prepare, print and fulfil your order, unless we separately agree that it may be used for marketing or other purposes.

15. Care instructions

You are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with or displayed for the product.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, tumble drying where prohibited, ironing directly over printed areas or ordinary wear and tear is not normally considered a product fault.

This does not affect your rights where damage results from an inherent manufacturing or printing defect.

16. Promotions and gift cards

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, including start and end dates, eligible products and limits on combining discounts.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed. Changes will not affect an order already accepted.

Gift cards and store credit:

  • may be used only through VOID Running;

  • cannot normally be exchanged for cash;

  • must be used before any expiry date clearly stated when issued; and

  • may be cancelled where obtained fraudulently or used unlawfully.

This does not affect any rights provided by law.

17. Website use and accounts

You must not use our website:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • to interfere with the website’s operation or security;

  • to introduce malicious code;

  • to obtain unauthorised access to another person’s account; or

  • to copy or exploit website content without permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or our business from fraud, abuse or security threats.

18. Intellectual property

The VOID Running name, branding, website content, photographs, product descriptions, original artwork and original designs belong to VOID Running or are used under licence.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

References or visual nods to music, films, television and popular culture are used as part of VOID Running’s creative output. Ownership of third-party names, characters, marks and original works remains with their respective owners.

19. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded; or

  • your statutory consumer rights.

Our products are running apparel and are not personal protective equipment. They are not a substitute for appropriate visibility equipment, weather protection, medical advice or safe running practices.

We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or loss of commercial opportunity arising from a consumer purchase.

20. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, postal disruption, customs delays, supplier failure, industrial action or interruption to essential services.

If such an event causes a substantial delay, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise its effect. Where the delay is significant, you may contact us to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for products not supplied.

21. Personal information

We use personal information to process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud and operate our website.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal obligations.

The terms applying to your purchase will be those in force when your order was accepted. Changes will not apply retrospectively to an existing order unless required by law.

23. Governing law

These terms and any contract between you and VOID Running are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections applying where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you live outside the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence that cannot legally be excluded.
