SHIPPING POLICY
The short version
Everything at VOID Running is printed to order.
That means we don’t have a giant warehouse full of sad, unwanted running shirts waiting for someone to love them. Your item is made after you order it, then packed up and sent out.
Most orders are produced within 3–7 working days, then shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is dispatched.
Where we ship
We currently ship to:
United Kingdom
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands.
European Union
EU member countries via Royal Mail International Standard.
We may add more shipping destinations in the future. World domination takes time.

Made to order
All VOID Running shirts, vests and long sleeves are printed to order.
This helps us reduce waste, keep the range weird, and avoid piles of dead stock sitting around like a landfill of motivational slogans.
Production usually takes 3–7 working days.
During busy periods, big drops, sales, Christmas chaos, printer delays or unexpected stock issues, production may take up to 10 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday and don’t include UK bank holidays.

Dispatch times
Once your order has been printed, checked and packed, you’ll receive a dispatch email.
For UK orders, this will include tracking.
For EU orders sent via International Standard, tracking is not usually available unless a tracked upgrade has been selected or added.
Your production time and delivery time are separate. So the full timescale is:

UK delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Cost: Free
Typical delivery after dispatch: 2–3 working days
Tracking: Yes
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a delivery aim, not a guaranteed 48-hour service. Most parcels arrive quickly, but delays can happen, especially around bank holidays, Christmas, bad weather, strikes or general postal weirdness.
Some remote areas, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and other postcode areas may take longer.

EU delivery
EU orders are usually sent using Royal Mail International Standard.
Cost: Shown at checkout
Typical delivery after dispatch: 5–10 working days
Tracking: No, unless a tracked option is available and selected
Customs/VAT: May be charged by your country on delivery
Royal Mail’s usual delivery aim to Europe can be quicker, but customs, local postal services and destination-country delays can add extra time. Because of that, we give a more realistic delivery estimate of 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs
UK: Free delivery
EU: Shipping cost shown at checkout based on destination and order weight
International customs charges, import VAT, duties, taxes or carrier handling fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
These charges are set by your country, not by VOID Running.
We don’t collect them, we don’t control them, and sadly we can’t make them disappear by looking moody in a band tee.

Customs, VAT and import fees
EU orders are sent DAP — Delivered At Place.
This means local VAT, duties, customs charges or handling fees may be charged before delivery.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by VOID Running.
If you return an item, your local customs office or courier may have a process for reclaiming import charges, but you’ll need to check with them directly.

Tracking
UK orders include tracking.
You’ll receive your tracking link in your dispatch email once the order leaves us.
EU orders sent via Royal Mail International Standard do not usually include tracking. Your dispatch email confirms when the item was sent, but it won’t always show live parcel updates.

Address changes
Need to change your delivery address?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order hasn’t gone into production or dispatch yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Once an order has been printed, packed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Autocomplete is a menace.

Missed deliveries and returned parcels
If Royal Mail or your local postal service attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a card, send an email, update tracking or hold the parcel for collection.
If a parcel is returned to us because:
the address was incorrect,
the address was incomplete,
the parcel wasn’t collected,
delivery was refused,
or customs fees weren’t paid,
we can usually resend it once it gets back to us.
A re-delivery charge may apply.

Delays
We do our best to get everything made and sent within the stated timescales, but delays can happen.
Common causes include:
printer workload,
stock delays,
Royal Mail delays,
bank holidays,
strikes,
bad weather,
customs checks,
Christmas carnage,
or your parcel taking the scenic route for no obvious reason.
If we know about a significant production delay affecting your order, we’ll try to let you know.

Need something for a race or birthday?
We’ll always do what we can, but we can’t guarantee delivery for a specific event date unless we’ve confirmed it with you directly.
If you need something urgently, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what looks realistic.
We’re good. We’re not magic.

Lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
As a guide:
UK orders: contact us if your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch.
EU orders: contact us if your parcel hasn’t arrived 20 working days after dispatch.
We may ask you to check with neighbours, your local delivery office, parcel collection points or your local postal service before we can treat the parcel as lost.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
your order number,
a short explanation of the issue,
and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is our fault, we’ll sort it.
That might mean a replacement, refund or return instructions depending on the situation.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover reasonable return postage where a return is needed.

Multiple item orders
If you order multiple items, we’ll usually ship them together once everything is ready.
If one item is delayed, we may contact you or split the shipment at our discretion.
Basically, we’ll try to avoid holding your whole order hostage because one shirt is being dramatic.

Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are covered separately on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.
As a general guide, you can return eligible unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
For size changes or change-of-mind returns, return postage is usually the customer’s responsibility.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover reasonable costs.
