SHIPPING POLICY

The short version

Everything at VOID Running is printed to order.

That means we don’t have a giant warehouse full of sad, unwanted running shirts waiting for someone to love them. Your item is made after you order it, then packed up and sent out.

Most orders are produced within 3–7 working days, then shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout.

We’ll email you when your order is dispatched.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. You will receive tracking details when your order is on its way.

European delivery

European orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery estimate: approximately 6–12 working days from ordering, including production
Shipping cost: calculated by packed weight and destination at checkout
Most EU destinations start from £10.95
Certain destinations, including Romania, cost more

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Import VAT, customs duties and local clearance or handling fees are not included in our prices and may be charged to the recipient before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing can occasionally delay a parcel beyond the estimated delivery period.

USA delivery

USA orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked with import duties included.

The exact charge is calculated according to the value of the order and shown at checkout

Where the checkout service states “duties included”, applicable US import duties are prepaid through Royal Mail. You should not normally receive a separate customs-duty request when the parcel arrives. Any sales tax that we are required to collect will be shown separately at checkout.

Online orders to the USA are currently limited to a merchandise value of £150. Please contact us before ordering if you require a larger shipment.

Australia

Orders to Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, with estimated delivery in 8–14 working days following production. Shipping is charged by quantity: 1 item £20, 2 items £25, 3 items £30, 4 items £35, 5–8 items £40, and 9 or more items £50. Australian GST is not currently collected at checkout. Orders valued below A$1,000 should not normally incur charges at the border; however, customers remain responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or handling fees that may be applied.

Tracking

A dispatch confirmation containing your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Tracking may take a short time to update after the parcel has been collected.

Please make sure your delivery address, email address and telephone number are complete and accurate. Contact us as soon as possible if anything needs changing. We cannot amend an address after an order has been dispatched.

Delays and missing parcels

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us through the website with your order number and we will investigate it with Royal Mail.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returned parcels

If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, it was not collected, or European customs charges were not paid, we will contact you once it arrives back. Additional postage may be required before the parcel can be sent again.

Countries we serve

We currently deliver to the UK, the European destinations available at checkout and the United States. If your country does not appear during checkout, shipping is not currently available there.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order hasn’t gone into production or dispatch yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

Once an order has been printed, packed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Autocomplete is a menace.

Delays

We do our best to get everything made and sent within the stated timescales, but delays can happen.

Common causes include:

printer workload,
stock delays,
Royal Mail delays,
bank holidays,
strikes,
bad weather,
customs checks,
Christmas carnage,
or your parcel taking the scenic route for no obvious reason.

If we know about a significant production delay affecting your order, we’ll try to let you know.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are covered separately on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

As a general guide, you can return eligible unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

For size changes or change-of-mind returns, return postage is usually the customer’s responsibility.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover reasonable costs.
